We have a minimum order value of £1.95, however if you would like a sample pack of any of our designs we will be more than happy to send one to you.
To request your sample pack please send an email to sales@jills-invitationsandcards.co.uk with "sample pack" in the subject line making sure your email contains your name and address and the design number you require.
Despatch Times
The majority of our cards are personalised and all are made to order so therefore take a little time to process,
if you have not requested a proof your order will usually be despatched within 3 working days of receipt of your cleared payment, and all neccessary details, however large orders may take a little more time to process at busy times.
If you have requested a proof before printing a proof will usually be sent to your email address within 2 working days of receiving your cleared payment and all neccessary details, your item(s) will then be despatched within 3 working days of receiving your approval of the proof.
At exremely busy times it may not be possible to send your proof within 2 working days although we will make every effort to do so. In this event we will let you know.
You can confirm your proof is ok or request any changes to the proof by email to sales@jills-invitationsandcards.co.uk, or by text, or by calling 07508 630785 to speak to us in person.
We will always acknowledge receipt of your order and will let you know when your goods have been despatched.
Working Hours.
Working days are Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays and our own holiday days)
Working hours are 9.30am - 4.30pm
Orders received after 4.30pm or on weekend days or bank holidays / holiday days will be classed as having been received the following working day.
Payment
We accept payment by personal cheque or postal order in GBP or through paypal, (using your paypal account or credit or debit card). If payment is made by personal cheque or by echeque your goods will be posted when your cheque or echeque has cleared.
Returns
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, and ask that if you have any problems with your order you contact us so we can correct it for you. However, if you would like to return your item we offer a full refund if goods are returned within 14 days of receipt, including the cost of the return postage when returned by second class recorded delivery
If you would like to cancel your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase. If your goods have not been posted during that time a full refund will be given on receipt of your instructions to cancel. If we have already posted your item please return it by first class recorded delivery and we will refund your payment together with the cost of return postage.
